Is Calmstone a stress detector or diagnostic tool?

No. Calmstone is not a direct stress indicator, diagnostic tool, or medical device. Calmstone does not diagnose, measure emotions, or label stress. It provides physiological biofeedback that reflects changes in peripheral bloodflow, so that users can notice patterns within their body and find what helps them relax.

Who can use Calmstone?

Calmstone can be used by adults and teens for everyday stress, relaxation, and mindfulness, as well as by therapists, educators, and clinicians to support regulation skills in professional settings.

It is commonly incorporated into mental health therapy, occupational therapy, early intervention, educational environments, and wellness practices, in addition to personal home use.

Calmstone is non-invasive, does not deliver electrical stimulation, and is safe for repeated use independently or with guidance. We've found that Calmstone is suitable for:
